Refund & Return Policy

At Valo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Confirmation
All orders are prepaid. Once confirmed, your order is processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation notification once it ships.

No Returns, Except for Damaged or Defective Products
Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged — except in the case of a genuinely damaged or defective item, and only if the process below is followed exactly:

  • You must record a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish.
  • Contact us at valo.co.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and clear photos of the issue.
  • Claims made without unboxing video proof, or reported after 48 hours of delivery, cannot be processed under any circumstances.

What Happens Next
Once we verify the issue using your video and photos, we'll offer a replacement. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Claims We Cannot Accept

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
  • Any claim without unboxing video proof
  • Any claim made after the 48-hour window
  • Change-of-mind requests
