Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your shipment's progress.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, please contact us at valo.co.help@gmail.com to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment in such cases.
